For the first 13 years, I worked in claims, helping customers navigate difficult situations and get back on their feet. That experience shaped my approach to this business and reinforced the importance of being there when clients need support the most.
In 1999, I moved my family to Fredericton to establish my own agency. Since then, my focus has remained on putting clients first.
